Adventures in Birding with the Apalachee Audubon Society

Join us for a presentation by the Apalachee Audubon Society on birding basics. Located on two migratory pathways, Florida is one of the top birding locations in the country. The Tallahassee-Leon County area has a diverse array of habitats that make it a fabulous place to go birding. This program will include an overview of what birding is, the tools needed, some of the benefits of birding, and tips and suggestions for the beginner birder.
