Florida Licensing on Wheels
Do you need a Florida driver license or ID card? Stop by the Florida Licensing on Wheels (FLOW) mobile unit—no appointment required! The FLOW mobile unit will be parked outside the front entrance of the Main Library.
Written and driving test services will not be provided. For more information about fees and required documents, visit the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) website.
FLHSMV will provide the following services:
- Renewals, replacements, and reinstatements of licenses
- Obtaining an ID card
- Changing an out-of-state license to a Florida license
- Purchasing vehicle registration renewals and replacements
