Artists & Autism: Celebrating Neurodiversity Art Exhibit

Artists & Autism: Celebrating Neurodiversity Art Exhibit

April is National Autism Acceptance Month where we celebrate autism and neurodiversity with events and resources that spread awareness and promote acceptance. Neurodiversity is a variation in things like sociability, learning, attention, and mood within the population. Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) covers a group of complex neurodevelopmental disorders that often include repetitive behaviors and difficulties with social communication and interaction.
