Spaces at Leon County Public Library locations are available for public use on a first-come, first-served basis when libraries are open.

Room Guidelines

• All room reservations require a library card number and PIN.
• A maximum of 4 hours per day may be reserved.
• All Meeting rooms (besides the study rooms, huddle rooms and gathering room B or C) require 24 hour advance booking.
• Meetings must be free and open to the public. Meeting rooms may not be used for private social gatherings such as showers, birthday parties, etc.
• Any group reserving a meeting room must have an adult (18 yrs. or older), parent or legal guardian in the room at all times that the room is occupied.
• Commercial uses of meeting rooms are prohibited; this includes solicitations, admission or other charges, money-raising activities, and/or sales.
• Four (4) reservations may be made up to 90 days in advance. Leon County Public Library reserves the right to limit the number of reservations by any organization so that all groups may have a fair opportunity to use the meeting/program rooms.
• Reservations may be made up to 90 days ahead of the desired meeting date.
• Light snacks and non-alcoholic bottled beverages may be served.
• Use of the meeting rooms does not imply library endorsement of the aims, policies or activities of any group.
• Use of the meeting rooms does not grant permission to use the Leon County Public Library's logo. Please contact CMR@LeonCountyFL.gov with any questions or requests.
